BuddyLock: an incredibly detailed Lock screen launcher

BuddyLock
Earlier in the year, there was a deluge of Lock screen launcher releases to hit jailbroken iPhones. Off the top of my head, I can probably name about 5 of them that came out all around the same time. Since then, things have died down a bit, but there still appears to be a lot of interest in the category.
BuddyLock is the latest such Lock screen launcher to make its way to Cydia. Although its name sounds a bit on the goofy side, don’t let its name fool you; BuddyLock is one of the deepest Lock screen launcher releases that we’ve ever covered.

At its most basic core, BuddyLock is your average Lock screen launcher. In fact, before configuring the tweak, you might be asking yourself what makes BuddyLock different from something like atom, or JellyLock.
Indeed, after first seeing it on the Lock screen, BuddyLock looks might basicy, but it’s after you venture into the tweak’s settings that you see how detailed it can be.

iTransmission 3 released, a BitTorrent client exclusive to iOS 6....

settings iTransmission 3
One of the utilities you aren’t going to find in iTunes is a fully featured BitTorrent client. While BitTorrent doesn’t have the best reputation in mainstream media, not all torrents constitute piracy and not all piracy occurs over BitTorrent. A good BitTorrent client is handy to have, and their absence on iTunes provides savvy users with another reason to jailbreak.
iTransmission 3 isn’t just an update of the popular iOS BitTorrent client with support foriOS 6 thrown in. The jailbreak app comes complete with an improved UI, an updated backend, and exclusive compatibility with iOS 6…
iTransmission 3iTransmission 3′s main screen.
The interface in iTransmission 3 has thankfully been simplified. There’s a screen on the main page for monitoring your transfers, and a banner along the bottom to access all the functions. The banner includes buttons for adding torrents, refreshing the display, setting limits on bandwidth use, and a link for other preferences and settings.
Unfortunately iTransmission 3′s interface currently lacks support for the iPad’s large display; a feature I already miss from iTransmission 2. I really like being able to manage my downloads from my iPad’s big screen, so I made do with FullForce.
iTransmission 3 accepts direct magnet links, as well as any torrents you can access through the built-in web browser. I was able to access my Humble Bundle account through the browser. All I had to do was click on the link for a torrent file to start a download, and it appears in my transfers.

The best iPhone jailbreak tweaks for iOS 6..!!

Since its inception in 2007, the iPhone has singlehandedly revolutionized an industry, and simultaneously created a whole new ecosystem that is thriving. Each iteration of iPhone OS, or iOS as it is now called, has produced more stable devices with better features and needed enhancements.
That all being said, many feel that iOS hasn’t progressed as rapidly as it should be progressing. Even though Apple made major strides with iOS 5 as far as wanted features were concerned, many feel that it’s not enough. Though, in my opinion, and in the opinion of many others, the iPhone and iOS can stand on its own two feet, there’s no denying that some things could be better.
That’s where jailbreaking comes in. Yes a lot of people jailbreak because they just want to tinker around with their device, some *gasp* jailbreak to steal the apps that many hardworking individuals put precious time into to bring to fruition, but many jailbreak simply because it can improve the iPhone experience. That’s the reason I jailbreak. In the never ending quest to create the perfect iPhone, I’m continuously on the lookout for new jailbreak tweaks and apps.
At this point, I think it’s safe to say that I have a pretty good grasp on what’s out there. With that in mind, I’ve compiled a definitive list of jailbreak tweaks that I believe create the perfect iPhone experience. Granted, as time goes on, some of these tweaks will undoubtedly become obsolete, or they may be replaced with apps or tweaks that do a better job. But at this point, I believe that the following 15 jailbreak tweaks create an iPhone experience that’s next to perfect. These are some of the best iPhone jailbreak tweaks for iOS 6

‘Enable Copy text in Facebook’ makes using the official Facebook app less frustrating

Have you ever had to jump through hoops to log into a desktop website because an app won’t let you copy the text on your phone? This should never happen, but for some unfathomable reason, major services like Facebook do not allow for copying text in-app (the Facebook app currently allows users to copy text from messages and comments, but not from status updates or posts).

Luckily you can get rid of the annoyance, even if facebook  won’t fix the issue themselves. ‘Enable Copy text in Facebook’ is a tweak that allows jailbroken iOS devices to capture the text directly from Facebook posts themselves…
The tweak works as you would expect. Just hold your finger over a post, and you will get an alert informing you that the text has been saved to the clipboard. I would have preferred to see the selective copying mechanism that normally appears when editing text, but copying all the text in a post is far better than nothing.

How to Sync Google Calendar With iPhone Calendar

Here is how to set up your iPhone or iPod Touch to sync calendars with Google over the air:
1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Other > Add CalDAV Account
2. For the CalDAV settings, enter the following information. Note that your username should be the email address you use to access your Google calendar as well as the password.
3. Then tap “Next” and it should verify your information.
4. If you can’t get your account verified, tap “Advanced settings” and make sure that “Use SSL” is On, that the port is 443, and that your Account URL includes the sign “@” in your email address.
That’s it!
Now every time you add an event to your iPhone calendar, it will also show up on your Google calendar, and vice versa. You obviously need to have internet access from your iPod or iPhone for the data to sync. Note that the sync is not immediate. It sometimes takes a few seconds but besides this, it works very well.

How to Share Your iPhone Pictures in Full Resolution......!!

There are 2 ways to share your iPhone pictures via email or MMS but one is better than the other because it does not compress the images and keep them in their original size and resolution.
Method 1: The first way is to simply go to the photo application and type “share”. This will ask you if you want to share via email or MMS. Whatever you decide, it will compress the picture to 800×600, reducing the quality of the image.
Method 2: The better way to do it if you want to preserve the quality of your images is to “copy” (not “share”) the image, then manually launch the mail or MMS app, and paste the image into it. This way, your images will not be automatically resized and should be 1600×1200.
By using the second method, your MMS or email will take longer to be sent out, but at least it will be a full quality image.

9 iPhone Tips You Should Know About....

Every once in a while I get asked about how to do something dead simple on the iPhone, such as moving icons around. To most of us, this is very basic stuff, but not everyone knows everything about the iPhone, which is why I decided to write a post with 9 tips and tricks.

1. Quickly Add A ” . “
In any application that lets your input text, you can quickly add a period (” . “) by simply tapping the space bar twice.
2. Zooming In and Out in Google Maps
Instead of pinching your finger on the screen to zoom in and out in Google Maps, simply double tap with one finger to zoom in, or tap once with 2 fingers to zoom out.
3. Rearrange icons
To move icons around, simply hold you finger on one icon. All of them will start wiggling. Rearrange them by dragging them around. When you’re done, press the home button.
4. Delete Applications
To delete an application from your iPhone, hold your finger on the app you want to delete until all apps start wiggling. Then tap the ” X ” on the app you want to delete and confirm. Note that you can’t delete the stock apps (ie Maps, Notes, etc…).
5. Create Additional Home Screens
While arranging icons, drag an icon to the right edge of the screen until a new screen appears. You can flick to return to the original screen and drag more icons to the new screen. You can create up to 11 screens.
6. Quickly Go Back to the First Home Screen
You can quickly go back to the first home screen from any screen by pressing the home button.
7. Adding an International Keyboard
If you sometimes type in a different language, it is wise to add this language to your keyboard. To do so, go to Settings > General > International > Keyboards, and choose the language you want to add. To change keyboards while you’re typing, simply tap the little globe icon at the bottom left of the keyboard.
8. While On A Call
You can do pretty much anything while on a call, such as browsing the web, writing notes, etc… While on a call, just press the home button and feel free to open another application.
9.Deleting Lots of Text
If you have a lot of text to delete, hold your finger on the delete key instead of tapping it many times. By holding the delete key, it will start by deleting letter by letter, but after a few seconds, it will delete word by word.

To Download any type of videos from any apps and from any site.....!! (Jailbreak Needed)

Universal Video Downloader is a jailbreak tweak that allows you to extract video from any app. It’s a tweak that makes it totally feasible to download an iTunes trailer, or other video content for offline use.

Universal Video Downloader “listens” in the background, and will pop up a notification anytime it senses a video playing within another app. It will then prompt you to download that video to your library. As you’ll see in the demonstration above, not all videos will play within your library, so you may have to use iFile in order to access the content.

You Can Download From Cydia, From the Source Bigboss
Just search in cydia:   "Universal Video Downloader"

You can download videos from stock apps, such as Safari, Youtube....and also from other such as Facebook, Google+, all other apps.....
